How do I cancel my order?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 408-952-5888 before 12PM (PST) on the business day your order is scheduled to be shipped.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?
If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 408-952-5888. Please reference your order number when you call or email.
Where can I provide feedback about Informatica Merchandise?

When will my order ship?
Orders placed with inventory available will ship same day if placed before 12 Noon Pacific Time.
Orders placed with inventory available after 12 Noon Pacific Time will ship the next business day
Can I order items and have them shipped to a different address?
Yes. Just enter the customer contact name and shipping address in the shipping address field. No prices or billing information will appear on the packing slip.
When will I receive confirmation for my order?
Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the shipping business day with the tracking information.
The Informatica eStore does not accept cash or checks.
Taxes – Sales Tax for US Domestic shipments will be added to credit card orders shipped to the following states: CA, TN
Buyer will be responsible for all destination country duties and taxes including GST. Buyer will be notified of these charges by the carrier and are payable prior to delivery.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
